Summer is all about free time, fun and new experiences. And if there’s a place where you can experience all that, as well as learning and connecting with the sea, it has to be Palma Aquarium’s Summer Camp.
An opportunity for children aged between 3 and 10 to experience a holiday with a difference, immersed in the marine world and taking part in activities designed to spark their curiosity and encourage respect for nature.
At Palma Aquarium, summer is a unique opportunity for learning through play. Throughout the camp, participants will immerse themselves in the fascinating marine world through educational experiences tailored to their ages.
The aim is clear: for younger children to discover ocean biodiversity, understand the challenges it faces, and learn how they can contribute to its conservation in their everyday lives.
All the activities take place in a safe environment, with qualified instructors and access to the marine park’s facilities, turning each day into an immersive experience.
The Summer Camp includes a varied programme where there is no room for boredom. Team games, creative workshops, water-based activities, sports, direct interaction with animals and trips to the beach are all part of the daily routine.
Each activity has been designed to combine enjoyment with learning, fostering values such as teamwork, respect for the environment and curiosity about the natural world.
To make things easy for families, the camp provides all the necessary services: lunch and a daily snack, materials for workshops, a uniform (T-shirt and cap), as well as a team of professionals who will accompany the children at all times.
What’s more, access to the marine park will allow participants to experience the aquarium from the inside, discovering its species and spaces in a unique way.
The 2026 Summer Camp will run between 22nd June and 4th September, organised in weekly sessions from Monday to Friday (each session corresponds to a full week).
The regular timetable is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the option of extending it through a morning childcare service (from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and/or an afternoon service (from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
In addition to being a lot of fun, Palma Aquarium’s Summer Camp seeks to make a positive impact on the children, providing a space for making new friends, living adventures and, above all, learning to care for the planet through values such as respect and curiosity.
Because summer memories last a lifetime—and some of its lessons do too.
