Palma Aquarium obtains 'Safe Tourism' certificate

Share

Thanks to the protection and safety measures and protocols implemented, we have obtained the "Safe Tourism" certificate, a seal promoted by the Tourism Quality Institute issued and coordinated by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism (ICTE), which accredits the implementation of the Health Risk Prevention System in relation to COVID-19, as set out in current health legislation.

Safe Tourism Certified' wishes to convey to everyone who visits Palma Aquarium the concept of certified safe tourism, stating in the seal itself that different measures and protocols are being followed in order to obtain this certificate.

This certificate has been obtained by applying a new safety framework that covers all its activities, so that visitors can enjoy an unforgettable tour with complete confidence, in which the entire space complies with a protocol based on official health recommendations that guarantees maximum safety and hygiene.

PREVENTION PROTOCOLS

The measures adopted result in a reduction in the capacity of all its spaces, in which the minimum safety distance must be complied with; access controls to guarantee the maximum permitted capacity; the implementation of sanitising material at different points along the route; extreme care in maintenance for the renewal and recirculation of air; reinforcement in daily cleaning and disinfection tasks with specific authorised products; the elimination of community contact elements and their replacement with digital formats; specific training of the team in health and hygiene measures and control mechanisms to avoid contagion; the promotion of card payment and the use of the reservation centre and the signposting of the minimum safety distance and direction of the route to maintain the minimum necessary space between visitors.

You enjoy, we take care of you
